Hi Rebecca, we're glad to hear you like the caesar with the polenta croutons. To make the croutons, just make polenta (corn grits) and refridgerate. Then cut into cubes, roll in semolina flour and fry in olive oil. That's it! We'll see you back at Ironside soon. jd
